Just another one of those die hard Cowboy fans who can't break away from the exciting entertainment that is December losing. It's an annual tradition with Tony Romo at QB. You know it's been over 4700 days since the Cowboys last celebrated a playoff victory? Clearly this guy was trying to honor the occasion by finishing off his nachos on top of a trash can.
